His on air story began when he became the first chef to bring cooking instruction to TV news, department stores, and supermarkets. Since then, he has taken the food theme to cruise ships, casinos, even to corporate team-building events. Time Magazine once said "he has a handle on the food explosion," and years later, he still does.
The Love Chef has been the House Chef on "Live with Regis & Kelly" for over 25 years. For sheer force of personality, charisma, and ability to relate to an audience, no one working in the "Business of Food" today can match him.
